How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order and get a full refund up until the product has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it. Email us at email@example.com and we will cancel your order and organize your refund.
How do I return an item?
Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Please do not remove any tags until you are happy to keep the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order. Postage of returning the item and original postage are non-refundable. We ask that you return the goods using recorded delivery to ensure the item does not go missing and to allow for any time past the 14 day period should there be any delay through the postal service. If you return your purchase later than 14 days, we won't be able to process your refund and your parcel will be returned to you.

Upon us receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the same PayPal account or card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to reach your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not currently exchange products. Due to fast moving stock we cannot guarantee that we will have your size available. You can return your item to us within 14 days, and place a new order with your item of choice.
